Dispatcher in Tamir Rice Case Resigns - A dispatcher who called cops to the recreation center where they shot and killed 12-year-old Tamir Rice resigned Thursday Sept. 17. "I have enjoyed working here and I will miss you all," Beth Mandl said in a two-sentence resignation letter, according to Cleveland.com.
