Chris Brown’s Bodyguard Sentenced for D.C. Assault

Judge gives Chris Hollosy probation for altercation with man outside of a Washington hotel.

Chris Brown’s bodyguard, Chris Hollosy, was sentenced to 90 days in jail Tuesday (Dec. 16) for an assault incident in Washington, D.C., last year.

D.C. Superior Court Judge Patricia Wynn gave Hollosy a suspended sentence, meaning that he will stay out of jail pending the completion of a year’s probation without incident, reports the Associated Press. The sentence includes 24 hours of community service.

Hollosy was convicted in April for assaulting a man outside of a hotel. The victim, Parker Adams, claims he was punched in the face for trying to take a photo with Brown, while Hollosy says the man was trying to make his way onto the singer’s tour bus. Brown and Hollosy were both arrested for the altercation.

Brown was sentenced to time served in September after pleading guilty to misdemeanor assault. He was also sued for $3 million by Adams and settled for roughly $100,000.
