Chris Brown Responds To Child Protective Services Investigation Reports
Child Protective Services is reportedly investigating Chris Brown following a case last month where he supposedly threatened a woman who claims he pointed a firearm at her.
According to TMZ, CPS showed up at Brown’s home yesterday (September 22). This apparently got him hot as he took to Instagram and addressed his doubters in a since-deleted video.
"I take care of my daughter fully," Brown said, according to Us Weekly. "Somebody make an accusation, 90 percent of y'all believe it and it's bulls**t.
“The last three weeks or whatever been going on with the accusations, you know it's false." Brown added, "I don't get the benefit of the doubt as everybody else. I take great pride in being a father. I love my daughter. All these allegations and bulls**t, stop lying bro."
The whole alleged assault saga began when Baylee Curran reportedly called 911 in the early morning hours and claimed Brown threatened her with a gun after the two got into an argument at Brown's home. Subsequently, she filed a police report, which had law enforcement responding to his home.
LAPD tried to obtain a search warrant to find the gun the woman described to police. After obtaining one, they didn’t find any gun or drugs that Curran claimed he had at the time of their argument.
