Over the summer, A$AP Mob co-founder, A$AP Bari became public enemy number one after a video showcasing explicit and allegedly non consensual sexual activity between him and a naked woman was released online. Months after the video went viral, the woman has come forward with a lawsuit against him.

According to TMZ.com, the woman, who has remained anonymous, claims Bari “bursted into the room where she was sleeping and yelled, ‘You f****d my assistant, now you are going to f**k me,” on July 9. The woman, who was being recorded by Bari and a friend, “says she screamed no, but he pulled off the sheets to expose her.”

The assault continued with Bari reportedly yelling, “I’m going to f**k you, you are going to suck my d**k,” before he eventually threw her out naked into the hallway. The woman claims she alerted authorities only to have the officers delete the video from Bari’s phone.

The woman, who is suing for over $1 million, also accuses Bari’s attorney of pressuring her to release a “joint statement saying there was no assault.”

NIKE severed ties with the VLONE designer, and Bari’s A$AP Mob cohorts, A$AP Ferg and A$AP Rocky, both called him out over his involvement in controversial video.
