Judge Will Allow Juelz Santana To Tour, One One Huge Condition

This is kind of embarrassing.

Juelz Santana is still in a protracted legal battle as he faces numerous weapons charges stemming from an incident in March at a New Jersey airport where he was caught with firearms in his luggage and subsequently fled the scene.

The Dipset member is currently out on bail and things are looking up for him. He’s able to still tour and collect money from it. Oh yeah, though he has to do it under a few big conditions.

According to his bail structure, which was set on Friday (June 15) by a federal judge, Juelz must wear an ankle monitor and be accompanied by his mother for the first five shows, reports Page Six.

Other stipulations require Juelz, born LeRon James, to travel by car, not plane, and he must be alone, not with the rest of his team. Prosecutors previously fought against the change in bail. District Judge Michael Hammer, however, sided with Santana explaining, “I view it as a reasonable and productive exercise of his time to work and provide for his family.”

Juelz is slated to appear in court next month to assess the new traveling condition and discuss the possibility of him continuing on his 15-date tour.

On Friday, March 9, Juelz Santana reportedly fled from the Newark Liberty International Airport after agents from the Transportation Security Administration discovered a firearm in his luggage.

The incident happened at around 6 pm, when Juelz was going through a routine screening. TSA claims that after they found the gun, the Harlem native left the airport, leaving all of his belongings behind, and was later seen getting into a taxi.
