2 Chainz Wins 'THOT' Lawsuit

Judge ruled woman's case wasn't enough to be labeled defamatory.

2 Chainz can rest easy tonight as he no longer faces a $5 million lawsuit over calling a woman a “THOT” in a video that went viral early last year.

Christine Chisholm sued the Atlanta native after his comments, however, according to TMZ, a North Carolina federal judge decided it wasn’t enough to be labeled "extreme or outrageous conduct" and threw out the case.

Chisholm was originally invited backstage during a March 2014 show by Cap 1 after 2 Chainz performed. It was there she claims she was subjected to harassment and abuse in public and the event had severely damaged her reputation. She also claimed at the time that, due to the video, she was fired from her job at a barbershop because the shop’s owner felt her presence would bring negative publicity to the business. Wow.
