According To Kanye West, J. Cole Is 'Always Dissing Him'

A couple of lyrics hit close to home for 'Ye, apparently.

Rumors of discontentment between J. Cole and Kanye West spurred almost two years ago when the former dropped a shot-loaded “False Prophets” freestyle—but they were just that: rumors.

Charlamagne Tha God’s recent reveal might change that status from rumor to real, though, after he claims Kanye accused the Roc Nation prodigy of dissing him and his wife, Kim Kardashian.

In The Breakfast Club’s segmental “Rumor Report,” the radio trio discussed Cole’s forthcoming K.O.D. album dropping on Friday (April 20) and some of the theories surrounding it. The famously controversial voice of the radio crew shared a little more than a theory regarding Cole and Yeezy, though.

“Yesterday when I was talking to ‘Ye we had a conversation about J. Cole,” Charlamagne said before chuckling at what was to come next. “Remember when J. Cole put out the ‘False Prophets’ record? And he said that he feels like J. Cole’s always dissing him in records.”

Uncle Charla’s testimony is pretty credible considering that he and Yeezy were recently spotted leaving a private meeting together. He added that the GOOD Music founder also brought Cole’s “No Role Modelz” hit, where he raps about his rejection of reality TV women, into the conversation.

“He was like, ‘Who else out here in love with people from reality shows like me?’” he continued. “So, that was just an interesting thing.”

He did, however, clarify that ‘Ye wasn’t addressing the alleged disses with malice, though. He even laughed about it, Charlamagne said.

No beef here, guys.
