Has Mariah Carey Already Found Her Dream Wedding Dress?
Mariah Carey has only been engaged to Australian billionaire James Packer for a little over a week, but the pop diva has been very busy getting things in order for her pending nuptials. The Daily Mail reports that MC has actually been planning her wedding for months and that she’s come up with a short list of designers who will create her dream wedding dress.

The “Touch My Body” singer has reportedly narrowed it down to four designers. One of them is 17-year-old Sabrina DeSage, who is a student Fashion Institute of Design and Merchandising in Los Angeles. DeSage’s mother is a friend of Packer’s, so she may have a leg up on the competition.
Her mother, Debra, shared on Instagram what appears to be a first look at the design, a show-stopping confection with a mermaid hem and an embellished train. The dress designed for Carey will also incorporate her signature motif, butterflies, and will reportedly have “hundreds” of them sewn with 14 karat gold thread “flowing down the back of the silk gown and through the train,” a source told The Daily Mail. The cost? A cool $500,000. But that’s surely a drop in the bucket for the superstar couple. (After all, Packer dropped millions on her 35-carat engagement ring!)
Packer and Carey are rumored to wed on Australia's Hayman Island near the Great Barrier Reef and will fly in their guests on one of Packer’s private planes. Because, why not? Of course, we’re sitting patiently as more details trickle down!
