Um, what was that? Shortly after Chris Rock's scorching opening montage, the jokes about #OscarsSoWhite continued with an appearance by — wait for it — Stacey Dash. 
The actress-turned-Fox News pundit made a surprise appearance during the Academy Awards, introduced by Rock as the “director of our new minority outreach program.”
Dash, emerged onto the stage with a cackle, looked out to the audience and proclaimed, “I cannot wait to help my people out. Happy Black History Month!” Then, she basically disappeared, leaving those in the audience, like The Weeknd and Chrissy Teigen, with meme-worthy expressions on their faces.
