With five months passing since the world learned of Tristan Thompson's serial cheating ways, many are curious to learn how he and Khloé Kardashian are doing, today. 

Based on a recent report, the couple is "doing better," but there is one aspect of their relationship that they can't seem to see eye to eye on, and that is Thompson's finances.

According to Radar Online, Kardashian would like her athlete bae to hand over his financial and money management responsibilities to her momager, Kris Jenner.

While some may see this as a harmless and probably profitable idea, the real wrench is introduced when the reality star's alleged reasoning comes into play.

The site further reports that she wants this to happen because "she feels he's spending way too much on jewelry, cars, and stupid s**t," and thinks he is giving "way too much money" to Jordan Craig, the mother of his son and the woman he was dating prior to meeting Kardashian.

This suggestion reportedly didn't go over well with Thompson, with the insider adding, "Tristan thinks she's crazy and told her he's capable of managing his own cash and was offended she even asked him such a thing."

The source further added that the NBA star "thinks this is another way Khloé's trying to trap him and get him all tied up in the Kardashian web."
