Congratulations to Kim Kardashian West and Kanye West for welcoming their second child into the world today!
Kim has been very open about her issues getting pregnant and the complications that she's encountered during her pregnancy, most recently letting fans know that the baby was breech, but that she had a very painful procedure to turn him around in time for a smooth, natural delivery in order to avoid having a C-section at all costs.

North West's baby brother was announced to the world this morning on Kim's website with a photo of her and Kanye holding hands and the caption "Kim Kardashian West and Kanye West welcomed the arrival of their son this morning. Mother and son are doing well."

No name or photos of the baby boy have surfaced yet, so until then, eyes will be glued to Instagram, Twitter and anywhere that fans think they can catch a glimpse.

Meanwhile, "Congrats!" are in order.
