Can This 'Cosby Show' Episode Be Used as Evidence Against Bill Cosby?

The plot line will make you do a double take.

As the Bill Cosby trial marches on, viewers watching a rerun of The Cosby Show on television yesterday got a little more than they bargained for.
According to New York Daily News, an episode that aired bore eerie similarities to precisely the behavior Cosby is on trial for — drugging a woman.

The writer of the article claimed the rebroadcast episode left a bad taste in his mouth after Bill Cosby's character "crushed aspirin pills and mixing them into a drink for his daughter Toby... played by Keshia Knight Pulliam."

Not sure which is more disturbing: art imitating (alleged) life in the scene, or the fact that the writer doesn't know Pulliam's character's name was Rudy, not Toby. As many have pointed out, "Toby" is not the name of a character in the Cosby Show, but the slave name of LeVar Burton's character in the Roots miniseries.
