Stacey Dash: 'Some Rape Victims Are Bad Girls Who Like to Be Naughty'

"Bad women are the ones who like to be naughty; [they] might go out and play and get hurt," she said.

Stacey Dash is notorious for possessing unpopular opinions about controversial topics, and her latest may have taken things a bit overboard. According to Salon, during an interview on FOX News's Outnumbered, the actress shared her insensitive thoughts on rape, suggesting that college rape victims are "bad girls."

In response to a UVA sororities' ban on allowing members to attend fraternity bid parties, Dash commented: "I think it's a good thing for the good girls... to be told, 'Stay home, be safe [but] the other bad girls, bad women, the ones who like to be naughty; [they] might go out and play and get hurt." Throughout the course of the interview, the Clueless star had to be constantly corrected for calling the rape victims "girls" instead of "women."

She went on to say regarding Dartmouth College's decision to ban hard alcohol on its campus, "It's like, with guns. Guns don't kill people; people kill people. Same thing with alcohol. [It] doesn't get you drunk; you get yourself drunk."

We're not sure where Dash was going with her comments but we can only hope she's not suggesting that men have no responsibility in situations where the blurred lines of rape and intoxication intermix.
