Kim Zolciak-Biermann Slams Wendy Williams for Implying She 'Faked' Her Stroke

"You mad cause I didn't come on your show," she said.

Wendy Williams has had her fair share of disagreements with current and former cast members of the Real Housewives of Atlanta, and the latest to join that list is current Dancing With the Stars contestant Kim Zolciak-Biermann. After suffering a mini stroke last week, the reality star was hospitalized, but as seen during the "Hot Topics" segment on Williams' show, she wasn't buying it.

When referencing Zolciak-Biermann's hospital bed selfie and her lackluster first-week performance on the dancing competition, Williams said, "To me, a stroke is more important than a selfie. I don't get where these people get, you know, posting pictures of a serious condition in the hospital... But she allegedly suffered a mini-stroke after returning home from Dancing With the Stars last week. Now, Kim is 37-years-old and, you know, she's got six children... Kim, my thought is, um, I hope you're not fibbing about this stroke."

Continuing along her read, the talk show maven addressed Kim directly, saying, "f you did have a mini stroke, I'm sorry to hear about that. If, however, you just wanted to get off Dancing With the Stars, all you had to do was just stub your toe... I don't like talking about friends of the show if it's in a shady way, but I'm in the purple chair, so it makes me do things."

Clearly bothered by Wendy's words, Zolciak-Biermann took to Instagram to blast the talk show host about her hurtful assumptions, claiming that she's bitter because she skipped appearing on her show.
