Nick Gordon Seeks Closure at Bobbi Kristina Brown's Grave
Nick Gordon was banned from attending Bobbi Kristina Brown's funeral services by her father Bobby Brown, but he was finally able to get the closure he was seeking by visiting his late girlfriend's grave. A source confirms to Us Weekly that Gordon, who is currently being sued for wrongful death over the tragedy, went to the site in Westfield, Connecticut, where Brown has been buried next to her mother, Whitney Houston.
A lawsuit filed by Brown's conservator Bedelia Hargrove accuses Gordon of abusing Brown, giving her a toxic cocktail and stealing money from her bank account while she was unconscious in the hospital. Brown is still a "person of interest" in an ongoing homicide investigation, though no charges have yet been filed against him.
Gordon’s mother, Michelle, issued a statement on his behalf following Brown's death, saying that her son was devastated by her passing. “Nick loved and cared for Krissi deeply, and he has suffered greatly each and every day they’ve been apart,” the statement read.
