15 Celebrity Tweets That Pissed You Off

Words by Chris Brown, 50 Cent, Ayesha Curry and more.

No Filter - With the accessibility of social media, it seems like everyone, celebrities especially, tends to talk out of turn in a way that ends up offending or upsetting large groups of people. From the likes of musicians Chris Brown and 50 Cent to real-life basketball wife Ayesha Curry, here are some celebs who pissed the internet off with some of their social media postings.(Photos from left: Imeh Akpanudosen/Getty Images, Dimitrios Kambouris/Getty Images, Kevin Winter/Getty Images)
Kate Upton - Model Kate Upton felt the need to slam Colin Kaepernick and other NFL players in September 2016 who protested the National Anthem in wake of the recent cases of police brutality against Black people in America. Offended that they chose to express their concerns on 9/11, she took to Twitter to air out her frustration, but she got shut down in a hurry by just about everyone on the internet and even some familiar faces (did you see that perfect read by Jamele Hill?).(Photo: Kate Upton via Twitter)
Raven-Symoné - It's pretty hard to forget this one. In 2014, Raven-Symoné made the bold decision to say during an interview with Oprah Winfrey that she doesn't identify as African-American and echoed that sentiment later on on Twitter, adding that she considers herself, in fact, "dark white." The former 106 & Park host said in July 2016 that he doesn't consider himself Black either, with his reasoning being he has no idea what his ancestors were doing and, as far as he's concerned, he's "mixed."(Photo: Bow Wow via Twitter)
