Nick Cannon may no longer be with Mariah Carey, but he still seems to be a topic of headlines as he's confirmed that he's expecting a child with his ex-girlfriend Brittany Bell.

When asked if he was sure the baby wasn't his by The Breakfast Club co-host Angela Yee, he responded, "Who said it wasn't mine?... I've got a baby on the way."

When Charlamagne Tha God asked him to confirm that Bell is the mother of his unborn child, he said, "Absolutely."
