Joseline Hernandez is "sure of it" that the father of her unborn child is none other than her longtime boyfriend and alleged former fiancée, Stevie J. According to TMZ, she has requested for the help of a judge to make Stevie take a paternity test to prove she's right.

Not only is the self-proclaimed Puerto Rican princess demanding that her ex take a paternity test, but she's so positive that he's the father that she's already asking for child support and a parenting plan.

Since Joseline announced her pregnancy, Stevie has neither admitted to nor denied being the father of the child.

She also claims in the legal docs that Stevie privately agreed to cover her pregnancy medical expenses, but she still never says he admitted to being the father. Now she says she doesn't think he will give her any money so she's asking a judge to make him cough up the cash.

The Love & Hip-Hop star is due in January 2017.
