You Got Served: Nick Gordon Slapped With $10 Million Lawsuit

Bobbi Kristina's conservators are accusing him of physically assaulting and robbing her.

Things aren't looking too great for Bobbi Kristina Brown's boyfriend Nick Gordon. He has just been served with a $10 million lawsuit filed on behalf of his girlfriend. In the civil lawsuit, the young scion's conservators are accusing Gordon of physically assaulting her, as well as looting her of thousands of dollars.

According to the New York Daily News, the legal documents state that Gordon falsely represented himself as the 22-year-old's husband to control and limit her spending and interactions with others.

The papers also state that he "often answered Brown's personal cell phone, would not allow her to make appointments without his approval, and manipulated her bank relationship so that he could access her money." The reports also show he apparently transferred a "large portion" of the young scion's fortune into an account that only he can control.

The lawsuit also details Whitney Houston and Bobby Brown's daughter saying that Gordon "was not the man she thought he was" to an unnamed person. She also made plans to meet with the individual on January 31 to further discuss her feelings for Gordon, but she apparently never made it to the meeting. The reason for her absence is said to be due to her becoming "embroiled in a loud argument" with him at her Georgia home, which ended with her face down in the bathtub.

This news all comes on the heels of reports that Bobbi Kristina was recently transferred to hospice care after spending months unresponsive in the hospital.

Gordon is reportedly getting ready for battle, assembling a top-notch legal team to advise him. No criminal charges have been filed against him.
