These A-listers went way beyond cake and ice cream when it came to throwing bashes for their offspring. Few can top the party Weezy gave his daughter Reginae Carter for her sweet sixteen. Nicki Minaj performed, there were two luxury cars — one of them was a Porsche! — waiting with bows on the driveway and the whole thing was filmed for MTV's My Super Sweet Sixteen. Total budget?
