Janice Dickinson Accuses Bill Cosby of Sexual Assault

Former model claims sitcom star drugged, raped her.

The group of women to accuse Bill Cosby of sexual assault just added a very high profile member.Janice Dickinson, former supermodel and judge on America's Next Top Model, has come forward with claims that Cosby drugged and sexually abused her in 1982.

Speaking exclusively to Entertainment Tonight, Dickinson says Cosby called her to Lake Tahoe from a modeling gig in Bali with promises to help her advance her singing career. He then allegedly plied her with wine and a pill. "The next morning, I woke up and I wasn't wearing my pajamas," she claims. "I had been sexually assaulted by this man."
Dickinson admits she never confronted Cosby or went to the police with her allegations, but says she's stepping forward now because "it's the right thing to do."
She also says she tried to write about the assault in her 2002 autobiography No Lifeguard on Duty: The Accidental Life of the World's First Supermodel, but claims that when she submitted a draft with her full story to her publisher, Cosby and his lawyers pressured her to remove the details.
The sitcom legend has, for the most part, remained silent about the resurfacing allegations but did release a statement through his lawyer denying the charges.
