Love & Hip Hop Hollywood vet Moniece Slaughter maybe known to bring the drama on the small screen, but now she’s involved in some messy drama in the courts.

Timothy Clayton Roulhac-Carr, a former friend of the reality starlet, is making shocking allegations against Moniece and her former boyfriend Joe Smith. According to docs obtained by TMZ.com, Roulhac-Carr claims Smith wrote a check in his name to cover Moniece’s rent when she fell on hard times and was allegedly facing homelessness.

Things reportedly took a turn for the worse when Smith canceled the check because he found out that Moniece was allegedly dating global pop icon Akon. Roulhac-Carr also claims that he was robbed at gunpoint late last year and believes Moniece was involved. He also requested a restraining order after accusing Moniece of using her celebrity to “slander me and gay bash me.”

An LA judge wasn’t completely sold on Roulhac-Carr’s claims so his request for a restraining order was ultimately denied. No other word has been released on a decision surrounding the other accusations made by Roulhac-Carr.

Moniece Slaughter has yet to address the recent court docs filed by her former friend, but we’ll stay tuned in just in case.
