Real Hollywood Husbands

From Will Smith to Snoop Dogg, our favorite better halves.

Jay Z - Hollywood may be known for marriages that last days, not years, and divorce lawyers who make more than A-list agents, but let's not forget about the men who put a ring on it and have been standing by their women for richer or...richer. To celebrate the return of Real Husbands of Hollywood on BET, which airs every Tuesday at 10P/9C, we pay homage to Hollywood's best husbands, starting with Jay Z. Despite recent rumors that their marriage was on the rocks, the Roc Nation boss seems more in love with Beyoncé than ever and he clearly loves that his girl runs the world. Will Smith - No one makes being a husband and father look like more fun than Will Smith. The megastar, who married Jada Pinkett more than 15 years ago, credits mutual respect, true friendship and, of course, a sense of humor for keeping his marriage interesting. Ice Cube - The rapper was as hard as they came before his wife, Kimberly Woodruff, came along and smoothed out his rough edges. The couple, who have been married since 1992, are parents of four kids and Cube has been a proud family man ever since he said, "I Do." (Photo: Christopher Polk/Getty Images)

Ice-T - They may have hit a bump in the road in recent years, but Ice and Coco Austin are making it work, and have been since T wifed-up the voluptuous model 10 years ago, just two months after laying eyes on her. As fans of their reality show can see, Ice really does love Coco. "We're a normal couple with a normal relationship, and people are starting to see that," T says.  (Photo: Dan Jackman/WENN.com)

Spike Lee - Lee has created quite a few strong Black female characters in his films, and they could very well have been modeled on his wife, Tonya Lewis. The outspoken filmmaker claims he fell in love with Lewis, a corporate lawyer, at first sight when they bumped into each other at a dinner for the Congressional Black Caucus in Washington. Twenty years and two kids later, he often turns to his wife before his producing partner or studio execs for script notes.    (Photo: Peter Kramer/Getty Images)

Shante Broadus  - Snoop Dogg's wife, commonly known as Boss Lady, proved her loyalty to Snoop early in their relationship, before he became famous, by standing by him during his many jail stints. Snoop got to return the favor in 2008, when Shante was jailed following a DUI investigation. You know what they say, the couple that does time together...

Snoop Dogg - Despite what they say about the Dogg Pound, Snoop has never been much of a player. The rapper married his high school sweetheart, Shante Broadus, in 1997 and filed for divorce in 2004. After a three-year separation, Snoop realized he wasn't the single type and called off the divorce. He and Shante renewed their wedding vows in 2008. Grant Hill - Shaunie O'Neal called Grant Hill "the only faithful man in the NBA," and she should know. Tamia's hubby not only schooled players on the court, he was also always around to help his two kids with their homework. What more could a basketball wife ask for? Wyclef Jean - He may have made some mistakes, but Wyclef has toughed it out with wife Claudinette since 1994. Not even an embarrassing cheating scandal involving Clef's fellow Fugees member Lauryn Hill could tear them apart. (Photo: Jason Merritt/Getty Images for NAACP)

Swizz Beatz - Swizz Beatz is the perfect husband...as long as you don't ask his ex wife. Marriage may not have worked for him the first time around, but Alicia Keys certainly got the best of Swizz: devoted husband, doting father and plenty of romantic, gushy PDA. Beatz and Keys have been married two years, but we're betting on these two for the long haul.  (Photo: Fernando Leon/Getty Images for Haute Living)

Wendy Williams and Kevin Hunter - It's hard to imagine the talk show queen taking ish from anybody, but when it comes to her hubby, Wendy's tolerance level has been pretty high. Williams was candid to Howard Stern about her hubby cheating on her while she was pregnant. Nonetheless, Wendy stood by her man.   (Photo: Johnny Nunez/WireImage)

Kevin Hunter - A strong personality like Wendy Williams needed an even stronger man to help her kick some bad habits and turn her life around. The former radio DJ-turned-television queen credits her husband of 15 years for helping her get off drugs and onto the path to superstardom.  (Photo: Johnny Nunez/WireImage)
