Black Twitter Is Shredding Michael B. Jordan for All Lives Matter Snapchat

The actor also said he only goes out for "white roles."

Actor Michael B. Jordan is still making headlines for his GQ interview. The Fruitvale Station star was in hot water yesterday for his comments on the way Black community would react to him dating Kendall Jenner or any other white woman. Now, there is more. Jordan only wants "white roles," and, thanks to social media, we know he co-signs with "All Lives Matter."

| TEN THINGS YOU DIDN'T KNOW ABOUT MICHAEL B. JORDAN |

Speaking on blurring the lines between roles meant for certain races, the Fantastic Four actor said he deliberately targets roles that aren't exactly meant for him, or other African-Americans. "I told my team after I finished Chronicle that I only want to go out for roles that were written for white characters," he said. "Me playing the role will make it what it is... Instead of taking something conceptually written for a Black guy, I want the stuff that was written for a guy."

His words prompted many of his Black fans to think he abandoned his roots, while some just thought it was a clever way for him to expand his range as an actor. However, that bit of hope disappeared after a reported Snapchat was sent by Jordan with an "All Lives Matter" message.

Black Twitter exploded, with fans sharing their disappointment for their fave. Some even pointed out the interesting irony that the now A-list actor once played the slain Oscar Grant in the socially conscious film Fruitvale Station.

So, what's good, MBJ? Was he throwing shade or was this all just a case of messy phrasing?

While you ponder on that, take a look at the actor discussing — or not — the tragedies of police brutality that affect Black men today in the video below from just last month.
