Chris Brown Could Lose Custody of Royalty Over This Bad Habit
After a few months of staying in their respective corners, Chris Brown and Nia Guzman are getting ready to fight again over their daughter, Royalty. According to TMZ, Guzman has told a court that Royalty has developed asthma after spending time with Brown and his weed-smoking pals.
Guzman claims Royalty, 3, has been exposed to a massive amount of second-hand smoke while spending time at Breezy's crib, and that when she comes back after a visit with the singer, she usually smells of tobacco and marijuana smoke.
The former model is using these claims to restrict Breezy's visitation, or get him to hire a full-time nanny when Royalty is around. Oddly, Guzman is also reportedly using this as a bid to increase her child support — again. As previously reported, Guzman is currently getting $2500 a month from Brown, but she'd like that figure to be like $16,000.
Brown hasn't commented on these latest allegations as yet, but no doubt he'll take to social media to address them soon enough. Truce over.
