According to new reports, Naya Rivera's surprise marriage to Ryan Dorsey has dissolved as the actress reportedly filed for divorce last week.

TMZ reports that, according to Rivera's attorney, she's asked for primary custody of her 1-year-old son, Josey, with Dorsey. She requested that he gets visitation rights.

Rivera and Dorsey have been married for shortly more than two years. This is the actress' second high-profile breakup. She dated rapper Big Sean a couple years ago, making it as far as an engagement, but the rapper broke things off, saying she was too controlling.

She married Dorsey, whom she was friends with prior to meeting Big Sean, just a few months after splitting from the MC.
