Kim Kardashian Threw A Desperate Hail Mary To Win Over Beyoncé

It didn’t really work.

Despite Beyoncé recently making history during her explosive #Beychella return this past weekend, some folks still seem engulfed in her allegedly nonchalant approach to Kim Kardashian's friendship attempts.

Now, after older reports that the ladies just don't seem to get along — none of which have been confirmed — claims have surfaced that Kardashian is now desperate to make things right with Queen Bey.

According to Radar Online, while the ladies' husbands — who were actually friends to begin with — have patched things up, they don't seem to have achieved the same result, themselves.

Recent reports state that the Keeping Up With the Kardashians star is now "groveling to Queen Bey to end the battle of the divas."

The "battle of the divas," though? OK.

Anyway, a source revealed to the site, "Kim's tried everything to patch things up, but Bey won't return calls and sticks her nose in the air on the rare occasions they bump into each other."

If, by any stretch of the imagination, this story holds any truth, here's a possible explanation for all of this: maybe 'Yoncé simply has work to do and is focusing on that, opposed to tabloid fodder and flighty friendships. Just a thought.

The site further reported that the reality star "put her feelings in a letter to Beyoncé, saying life's too short and for both their families' sake, it's time to put pettiness to one side." She even reportedly sent the singer a "very pricey" gift after she delivered twins Sir and Rumi last year.

However, the report added that Kardashian was "steaming mad" when she didn't receive a "thank you" from the "Flawless***" singer, following the gesture.

"It's a huge insult she simply shouldn't have to tolerate," the insider added.

Tolerate? The privilege of it all is almost amusing.

In other news, Beyoncé is set to tear Coachella Valley down once more with yet another rousing set, next weekend.
