Since meeting his fiancé Blac Chyna, Rob Kardashian's made some serious life changes, especially when it came to his health. The reality star talked to People about how far he's come in his weight loss journey with the help of his special lady and even set a new goal for the future.

"I had found out I had type 2 diabetes six months before [my December hospital visit], but I stopped taking my insulin," he said. "I didn't enjoy the routine. So, I ended up nonstop throwing up and I couldn't even swallow because my mouth was so dry. I felt like I was going to die."

It seems as Blac Chyna, inadvertently, served as his cure as Rob says after leaving the hospital that day, she sat him down and they had a serious discussion about his health. He even believes her home-cooked meals may have cured him of the disease.

"She told me that by having her cook for me, my diabetes would be gone. And it is," he said.

Though he's made some major progress regarding his health, his weightloss journey has been a bit trickier. At his heaviest, he weighed in at 300 pounds, and though he originally lost 30 pounds at the beginning of his journey, he said he has since gained 20 back, currently weighing 285. Rob says it's been harder keeping the weight off because his fiancé is in cravings mode due to her pregnancy and he enjoys indulging with her.

"I'm in that uncomfortable state again," he said. "I've got to get back into the routine. But [it's hard] because she's pregnant and eats whatever she wants, and I enjoy eating with her. Right now 210 lbs. is my goal."
