Blac Chyna Responds To Report That She Could Lose Her Daughter To Child Protective Services

The reality star and her ex Rob Kardashian are allegedly under investigation.

Blac Chyna undoubtedly had a rough day when news broke that she and her former fiance Rob Kardashian were under investigation by child protective services, over allegations of drug use and other misconduct. An investigation of this nature is no joke, and could result in losing custody of the child — in this case, the couple’s daughter Dream.

Now, a spokesperson for Chyna is speaking out against the allegations and claiming the mom of two is not under any investigation.

News of a potential case surfaced after TMZ.com published a post claiming that Chyna’s alleged drug use led to DCFS launching an investigation into the safety and well-being of her 10-month-old daughter, Dream Kardashian.

Chyna’s attorney Lisa Bloom is speaking out against the recent rumors. “Chyna is a loving, devoted mother who simply wants to peacefully co-parent her healthy, happy baby Dream with Rob,” she said in a statement to People.

Addressing the recent rumors, Bloom added, “We are unaware of any current investigation suggesting otherwise. We have not received notice of any DCFS filing nor have we been able to find any in the court files.”

While there aren’t any new investigations into Blac Chyna parenting skills, Bloom briefly touched on the upcoming restraining order hearing Chyna has against her ex-fiancé. “We look forward to proving our case at that time,” she concluded.

Blac Chyna was granted a restraining order against Kardashian after he posted nude photos and accused her of drug abuse and infidelity in a social media rant in July.

Despite the recent drama, Chyna appears to be living her best life. She’s recently announced her plans to pursue a rap career and celebrated her daughter’s 10-month birthday with a party.
