As Bobbi Kristina Brown fights for her life, the battle between her father Bobby Brown and boyfriend Nick Gordon is heating up.
After Gordon has said on several occasions that Brown and his family have barred him from seeing the 21-year-old music scion, Brown, through his attorney, states that Gordon was "offered the opportunity" to see his girl but "declined to meet the terms" that would grant him a visit.
"Let me in the hospital to see my girl and let her hear my voice SHE WILL WAKE UP!!! @REALbkBrown @YFKennedy," Gordon tweeted on Saturday, Feb. 21. "If she hears MY voice let me massage her, play her favorite music I believe it will help. If you ask Bobby anything abt he cannot answer."

Bobby Brown's legal counsel Christopher Brown of Brown & Rosen LLC released a new statement on Saturday, saying, "To address the continued and never ending media requests for comment about Mr. Gordon’s requests to visit Bobbi Kristina, let me be very clear: Mr. Gordon was offered an opportunity to potentially visit Bobbi Kristina and he declined to meet the terms of any possible visit. We are only concerned with individuals that can help Bobbi Kristina and bring resolution to this investigation. Obviously Mr. Gordon is not as desperate to visit Bobbi Kristina as he wants the world to believe."
The attorney refers to an ongoing police investigation into how Bobbi Kristina wound up facedown and unconscious in her bathtub on Jan. 31, with unexplained wounds on her face and body. Gordon is at the center of the investigation, though no charges have been filed.
“Nick has been trying, privately, to do everything he can to see Bobbi Kristina cooperatively,” Gordon's lawyers said earlier in the week. “He has respected the family’s wishes and for that reason alone has not returned to the hospital and risked a public confrontation. But he desperately wants to be with the one he loves and continues to hope that his request will be granted.”
Gordon proclaimed his love for Whitney Houston's daughter by tattooing her name on his arm. He has a tattoo of Houston, who raised him, on his other arm.
