Mo’Nique Has The Perfect Advice For Tiffany Haddish After She Bombed On Stage

“Tell me another time you heard of Tiffany Haddish bombing.”

Tiffany Haddish's highly publicized lackluster New Year's Eve gig has managed to live on more than a week into the new year, with some continuing to question the comedienne's chops.

Luckily, more of her peers are coming forward in her defense, and the latest to do so is Queen of Comedy Mo'Nique.

Haddish, during the high-profile show, reportedly forgot jokes while on stage and allegedly partied until 7 a.m. prior to the major gig. Fans eventually walked out of the venue.

Speaking with Page Six, Mo'Nique, who is gearing up for her Las Vegas residency, shared her thoughts on the debacle and offered some advice to the Girls Trip star, in the process.

"The advice I would give her is keep on going and don't judge yourself harshly," she said. "That was one show, one night, the next one is coming."

The Blackbird star went on to praise Haddish's talent as a comedienne and criticize the public's ease with disposing of celebrities after they've made mistakes.

"Tell me other times you heard of Tiffany Haddish bomb? So, let's just put it off to, she had a bad night, she had a bad moment," she continued. "Let's put it to that before you want to just throw her away. That's what is so disheartening... We are so quick to throw away and go onto the next instead of saying, 'OK, she had one bad night.' Now, people are saying, 'Now, you have got to prove you are good because you had one bad moment.'"

Haddish, following the backlash from the night, took to Twitter to apologize to her fans and reassure them that there will not be a repeat of that moment, in the future.
