Side Eye: Were the Kardashian Cameras Rolling After Kanye’s Breakdown?
In the wake of both Kim Kardashian's recent robbery and Kanye West's hospitalization, there have been rumors that production for Keeping Up With the Kardashians was put on hold, but according to recent reports, the opposite may have been the truth.
Entertainment Tonight reports that several members of the family have already shot scenes "discussing" the rapper's hospitalization and meltdown.
While there is talk that the family shot scenes speaking on Kanye's hospitalization, sources confirmed that cameras weren't directly linked to the situation, necessarily, as the production crew never entered the UCLA Medical Center. Also, Kanye was not said to be involved, and his sporadic appearances on the show are likely to continue.
"He's never been a fan of having the cameras around him," the source added.
ET's report states that the Kardashian members who are involved are currently "unnamed," but Kim's involvement is also suspected to be very unlikely.
The rumors of KUWTK halting production first started back in October following the Paris robbery, but the reality show resumed filming shortly after, without Kim's participation.
