Girl, Please: Bethenny Frankel Gives Racist Advice to Black Women

This lady has been drinking too many margaritas.

Put a microphone in front a reality star, and it's almost certain they'll say something outlandish. Bethenny Frankel, of the Real Housewives of New York City, proved that theory when she spoke to a group of women entrepreneurs at a recent summit.
Frankel, who spun her reality TV notoriety into a billion dollar empire by launching her Skinnygirl liquor brand off the show, shared some of her best business advice with the women — and much of it is downright racist and sexist.
During the Q&A portion of the summit, Frankel fielded a question about the challenges women of color face trying to raise funding for their companies. While the session was not recorded, Twitter is exploding with outrage over her answer to the question, which was to "find a white guy" to be the face of your business.
What's more, according to Mary Pryor at the Huffington Post, who was in the audience, Frankel went on to suggest women offer men sexual favors in exchange for capital (that, by the way, is a totally different kind of business) and says she can relate to Black women because she's "loud."

This isn't the first time Frankel has come under fire for racist or insensitive comments. Just a few months ago, she caused an uproar for tweeting about her experience with immigrant checkout workers at her local K-Mart:
"Wow @Kmart has 2 registers open w 5 other employees standing around & two speak no English whatsoever..Shoes are sapatos right?” Actually, Bethenny, they're "zapatos."
Wonder how Bethenny's fellow Real Housewives all-star NeNe Leakes would feel about these comments. Watch Leakes on Real Husbands of Hollywood, below:
