Angela Bassett Unapologetically Answers This Burning Question About Her 'What's Love Got To Do With It' Performance

Just about everyone agrees with her sentiment.

Following her rousing performance as Tina Turner in the 1993 box office smash What's Love Got To Do With It, Angela Bassett received an immense amount of praise with fans saying she was deserving of an Oscar.

The actress, who was not honored with the golden statue, hasn't shared her thoughts on those sentiments for all of these years, until now.

During a recent appearance on Bravo's Watch what Happens Live, host Andy Cohen read a comment from a fan who said they felt she was more than deserving of being recognized for her performance at the 1994 Academy Awards. The honor ultimately went to Holly Hunter for her role in The Piano.

So, does Bassett feel she was robbed?

Laughing, she simply responded, "Yeah, me too," to which Cohden added, "Good, I agree."

Take a look at the clip, below:

It's safe to say this stands as one of the most recognizable Oscar snubs in history.
