Toya Wright's Ex Found Dead

Former NFL Player James Hardy III was only 31.

After the tragic killing of both her brothers, Toya Wright is facing even more tragedy in her life.

The reality star and best-selling author's ex-boyfriend, former NFL player James Hardy III, was found dead on Thursday, weeks after the 31-year-old was reported missing.

Hardy's body was discovered in a river near Fort Wayne, Indiana after being reported missing by his family. According to the Allen County Coroner’s Office, a cause of death has not yet been identified.
Toya and Hardy met in 2009, when their blind date was filmed for her reality show Toya & Tiny. During the date, the pair bonded about their life experiences, family and overcoming hardships. The couple dated for a few months before breaking up in October 2009.

Hardy was drafted by the Buffalo Bills in 2008, where he played two seasons before moving on to the Baltimore Ravens in 2011. Hardy also played for the Arizona Rattlers and Tampa Bay Storm of the Arena Football League.
This is just the latest tragic death in Wright's inner circle, as her two brothers were murdered in 2016, followed only months later by the passing of her godmother.
Of course, this is also an unspeakable tragedy for Hardy's family, friends and teammates. Our thoughts are with all his loved ones.
