Mary J. Blige has been forthright about the awful split from estranged husband Kendu Isaacs, but things could be going from bad to worse.

It was revealed that during recent divorce proceedings, Isaacs asked Blige for $100,000 per month in spousal support. While the music icon has made it clear that she does not intend to pay up, rumor has it that Isaacs has incriminating information that could force his ex-wife's hand.

According to Bossip, rumors are flying that Kendu has knowledge that Blige and her financial team have been falsifying paperwork and cooking her books to help the star pay less than what she owes in taxes. Since Blige rejected his request for the huge spousal support payments, he has been threatening to expose Mary for her alleged crimes.

These rumors seem to fly in the face of claims Blige made in late 2016, when she said that Isaacs has his fair share of money misdeeds as well: "[Isaacs] suggests we lived a lavish lifestyle and in fact, we over spent and we are in significant debt," she explained. "We owe millions of dollars in taxes and have significant advances that have to be recouped by record companies."

Regardless of the outcome, it seems that Blige must regret mixing love with business when she married her former manager.
