Can Lil' Kim just let Naturi Naughton live? Apparently not — and it's been that way since 2009.
Fans of the film Notorious know that the rapper has been feuding with the actress ever since she played her in the biopic and has been pretty vocal about just how bad she thought Naturi was in the film. Well, looks like Kim is still not over it. While Naturi was a guest on VH1 Live last night, host Marc Lamont Hill mentioned to her that Kim was overheard shading her at an after-party for Hip Hop Honors, saying she didn't want the Power actress anywhere near her (presumably someone asked her why she wasn't part of the Lil' Kim tribute).
Naturi's response is one of genuine surprise.

"The shade is real...I don't understand it!" she exclaimed, then said, "I was a first-time actress at the beginning of my career. I'm a little Black girl from New Jersey. Why not uplift and support that?"

When the film came out, Naturi was blasted for her portrayal of Kim by everyone from the Queen Bee herself to people like Diddy. Clearly, Naturi has come a very long way since then and has starred in a number of great films and TV shows, but it seems like Kim just can't let it go.
