Kelly Osbourne Apologizes for Racist Comment About Latinos

TV host calls immigrants toilet-scrubbers on The View.

After publicly shaming Giuliana Rancic for her comments about Zendaya's locs on Fashion Police earlier this year, Kelly Osbourne found herself in the hot seat on Tuesday when her attempt to paint Donald Trump as a racist blew up in her face.
While visiting The View, Osbourne shocked the audience and her co-hosts when she asked, "If you kick every Latino out of this country, then who is going to be cleaning your toilet, Donald Trump?"
The comment elicited an audible gasp from Osbourne's co-hosts, with the panel trying to stop her from speaking further, but the TV personality soldiered on. "In the sense that...you know what I mean? But I'm saying that in LA, they always..."
Rosie Perez jumped in to check Osbourne for her racist views. "Latinos are not the only people doing that," said the star, who is of Puerto Rican descent.
"No, I didn't mean it like that, come on," said Osbourne. "I would never mean it like that! I'm not part of this argument."
Shortly after, Osbourne took to social media to apologize. "I want to start by saying I ALWAYS take responsibility for my actions. In this particular case I will take responsibility for my poor choice of words but I will not apologize for being a racist as I am NOT. I whole-hearted[ly] f**ked up today," she wrote in a Facebook post. "I don't want to bulls**t anyone with lame excuses. Although, I was stopped mid-sentence by Rosie and couldn't finish my point I will not let Rosie take responsibility for my words. I should have known better as I was on The View and it was live. I've learned a very valuable lesson. It is my hope that this situation will open up a conversation about immigration and the Latin community as a whole. By the way I clean my own f**king toilets."
Somehow, we doubt that.
