Naomi Campbell Launches Holiday Food Drive
Supermodel and philanthropist Naomi Campbell is starting a holiday food drive!
The legendary supermodel has teamed up with Cipriani Restaurants in New York City for her first-ever “Nourishment with Naomi'' event. Campbell will donate 1,000 food gift-bags to five hospitals across the New York City area, including Harlem Hospital, Mt. Sinai, Montefiore, Coney Island Hospital and Elmhurst Hospital, according to Page Six. Each hospital has been set to receive 200 meal baskets between December 21- 22.
“Thank you for devoting yourself to being a frontline worker during the pandemic of COVID-19. I wanted to acknowledge and appreciate the risk you have been taking these past nine months to keep New York City safe,” Campbell said in a statement. “Please enjoy this small token of appreciation as a form of gratitude for your hard work and efforts during these difficult times.”

In addition to spreading holiday cheer, Campbell is currently working on an Apple TV+ docu-series titled “The Supermodels,” which will look into her groundbreaking 1980s career alongside models, Cindy Crawford, Linda Evangelista and Christy Turlington.
