Tisha Campbell's Shocking Reunion With Her Long-Lost Sister On 'The Real' Will Leave You In Tears

You have to see this to believe it.

Tisha Campbell served as the guest co-host on The Real this Tuesday (October 15), and she used the opportunity to create a major television — and personal — moment. During a segment of the episode about family reunions, the Martin actress revealed to a guest, live on air, that they are actually related.

Yes, you read that right: Campbell told the guest, whose name is Ellen, that they are long-lost sisters.

"There's nothing as valuable as family," co-host Tamera Mowry-Housley says at the beginning of the clip. "They keep us grounded, they build us up, and they let us soar. But what if you found out the family that had raised you from birth wasn't your birth family at all? For our next guest, an out-of-the-blue call changed everything."

The video package segued into the introduction of the guest, whose name is Ellen, sitting on the couch next to Campbell. Ellen shares how she learned at 50 years old that she was adopted as a child. She adds that an investigative genealogist helped her trace her parentage.

"For 49 years I never knew — now 50 — that I was adopted," Ellen said.

After Ellen shared her story, Campbell revealed the big news that sent shock waves throughout the entire audience.

"Well, I know what I would tell my sister," she told Ellen. "I hope you like me. I'm your sister."

The two then shared a long, tearful embrace.
