Listen: Charlamagne Rips Wendy Williams for HBCU Comments

The talk show host is his former boss.

Everyone came for Wendy Williams's wig once she made those scathing remarks about HBCUs and the NAACP, and now added to the list is Wendy's former employee when she was on the radio, Charlamagne Tha God.

During this morning's broadcast of The Breakfast Club, the unapologetically honest co-host roasted his former boss for her comments.

"I don't know when Wendy Williams got to the point that she has become that disconnected from Black people that she doesn't think there's a need for HBCUs and Black organizations," he said. "And, she's 51 years old! If anybody should understand the need for Black organizations and colleges, it's her! She was born in '64. The Civil Rights Act ended segregation that year. She damn near lived through the whole era!"

That wasn't all he said. Listen to his words in full, starting at the 1:54 mark, below:

Recap another moment when the talk show host got dragged by social media in the BET Breaks video above.
