Prince Harry is reportedly refusing to sign a prenuptial agreement around his forthcoming marriage to Meghan Markle.

According to the Daily Mail, a source says Harry "is determined that his marriage will be a lasting one, so there's no need for him to sign anything."

Prince Harry is reportedly worth between $25 and 40 million. He inherited $14 million from Princess Diana. He also served 10 years in the Royal Air Force, where he earned $53,000 a year as a captain. Markle is reportedly worth around $5 million via a variety of revenue streams.

The move isn’t unprecedented. Prince William also refused to sign a prenup before he married Kate Middleton back in 2011.

A Kensington Palace spokesman has declined comment over the matter, deeming it “private.”
