Miguel Strips Naked for 'WildHeart' Album Artwork

"Coffee," featuring Wale, is the first single.

UPDATE: Miguel has shared the artwork for WildHeart. He is completely naked, which fits with the whole energy of channeling your wildest ambitions.
Miguel made a trip to the Hot 97 headquarters to speak with Laura Stylez and Peter Rosenberg (Ebro was absent) to speak about his experience at the Met Gala this week, WildHeart, and more.

The conversation was light and fun. He went into detail about his experience working with Pharrell on a couple songs that never made his last album, Kaleidoscope Dream (2012). Later on, he revealed the same producers would be returning on WildHeart, as well as some newcomers like DJ Premier. Although he was real candid throughout the interview, he did share a bit of juicy info on what to expect from the album’s visuals.

“Visually, I wanted to do something different for this album,” Miguel said. “Everyone can really look forward to something really special — visually — for the music on this album. The last album, I didn’t really get to flesh out the visuals the way I really wanted to. As great as the visuals may have been to the fans, I really just wanted to step it up this time and the visuals take the music to a whole other level of appreciation for the music.”

Finally, Miguel announced that WildHeart will be released on June 30. Earlier this week, he shared his new single, “Coffee,” featuring Wale. Watch the full interview over at Hot 97.
