Report: Beyoncé Looking to Launch Three New Singers

Bey's label adds Sophie Beem, in talks with YouTube stars.

Beyoncé is readying a new generation of girls to run the world. The pop music icon is signing three teen singers to her Parkwood Entertainment label with multi-year contracts worth millions, Page Six reports.

Two of the girls are sisters, Chloe and Halle Bailey, who live in North Hollywood, Calif., and the third is Sophie Beem, a 16-year-old who hails from New York's Upper East Side.

Chloe, 17, and 15-year-old Halle “have been singing, dancing and acting together since they were toddlers,” father Douglas Bailey said in court papers. The Bailey sisters have written hundreds of songs and appeared in movies — including Meet the Browns, Last Holiday and Let It Shine — though they are best known for their cover of Bey's single "Pretty Hurts," which went viral with 10 million views.
The talented trio will work with Beyoncé, “who the girls worship and who will, personally, be actively involved in managing” their careers, according to court documents, as well as her team at Parkwood, the management and media company she founded in 2008.

According to the terms of the contract, which have to be approved by a New York judge since the girls are minors, the Bailey sisters will receive at least $60,000 and advances that could total almost $1 million if they make at least six albums with Parkwood.
The company, however, will take a different track with Beem, a top 40 finalist on The X Factor who is already signed, but who is not yet “ready to begin recording music.”
“Parkwood Music believes that Sophie’s music will be best showcased with a band," the court papers state.
Knowing Beyoncé to be the perfectionist she is, it might be a while before we see music from any of these talented young ladies, but under Queen Bey's wing they'll surely be household names.
