UPDATE:
According to TMZ, one of Cosby accusers, Louisa Moritz, is reaching out to the alleged victims to file a class action lawsuit. There might be complications with the statute of limitations, but Moritz is hoping with so many accusers coming forward that the statute will be thrown out.

This weekend was a media firestorm for Bill Cosby. From SNL's Michael Che telling the embattled star to "pull your damn pants up" to a fake Twitter account attributed to Lisa Bonet blasting the TV icon, it was impossible to avoid the former Dr. Huxtable in the news.  

Several more women, including former Law & Order: SVU actress Michelle Hurd, came forth accusing Cosby of rape and other sexual misconduct. In addition, a former NBC employee, Frank Scotti, claims Cosby paid off eight women with whom he allegedly had affairs between 1989 and 1990, buying their silence for $2,000 at a time. Scotti, who worked as a facilities manager at the Brooklyn studio where The Cosby Show was filmed, told the New York Daily News he was the delivery man for the cash. "He had everybody fooled," Scotti told the Daily News. "Nobody suspected."

Along with former supermodel Janice Dickinson and the wife of actor Lou Ferrigno, Hurd became the third prominent person to accuse Cosby of rape. The SVU actress said on her Facebook page (reposted on ShowBiz411.com), "I wasn't going to say anything, but I can't believe some of the things [I]'ve been reading, SO here is MY personal experience." She went on to allege that when she was a Cosby Show stand-in,Cosby made her do "weird acting exercises" and ran his hands over her body. "[I] can't believe I fell for that. I was instructed to NEVER tell anyone," she added.
Cosby does still have some supporters willing to back him up publically. After Cosby Show producers Tom Werner and Marcy Carsey told Variety that "these recent news reports are beyond our knowledge or comprehension" and Raven-Symoné expressed her disgust over rumors that she herself was a victim of Cosby's misconduct, actor Faizon Love came to his mentor's defense. 
In a vulgar Twitter rant, Love called those who "jumped on the bandwagon" against Cosby "b*****s" and "porch monkeys." He saved some special words for comedian Hannibal Buress, who discussed Cosby's ongoing sexual assault accusations in his comedy act on October 16. "I'm gonna say it because Mr.Cosby can't... F**k them b*****s and they mamas to!!! And the house n***a Hanibal Burress too." 

The sitcom icon finally spoke directly about the resurfacing allegations this weekend. After receiving a standing ovation while performing at the King Center in Melbourne, Florida, Cosby spoke briefly to Florida Today. "I know people are tired of me not saying anything, but a guy doesn't have to answer to innuendos," he said backstage. "People should fact check. People shouldn't have to go through that and shouldn't answer to innuendos."
