Maryland Police Searching for Man Accused of Kidnapping Black Teen Girl
Police in Cumberland City, Maryland, are searching for Erica Lucinda Sue Taylor, a 16-year-old girl last seen on June 30 with Devin Terrell Joyner, 36, WHAG reports. Taylor went missing before police arrived to a residence where Taylor was seen being pulled by Joyner against her wishes.
It is possible that Taylor is still traveling with Joyner. A report described Taylor as 5-foot-4, 130 pounds, with black hair. She was last seen wearing black shorts and a pink shirt.
Joyner is an African-American male, 5-foot-10, 300 pounds and has black hair, according to the report.
The FBI is assisting the Cumberland City Police Department with finding Taylor. Those with any information are asked to contact Cumberland City Police Department at 301-177-1600.
