Meek Mill Took Jabs at Drake Again Last Night

Meek echoes what he said on Twitter in real life.

Meek Mill isn’t playing any games with Drake anymore.

On Saturday, Drake finally responded to Meek Mill’s accusations that he has ghostwriters on his team with “Charged Up,” which debuted on the second episode of OVO Sound Radio on Beats 1. Meek heard the diss track and wrote on Twitter, “Baby lotion soft … I can tell he wrote that 1 tho.”

The following day, Nicki Minaj’s Pinkprint Tour stopped in Brooklyn at the Barclays Center with Meek, Rae Sremmurd, Tinashe and DeJ Loaf. During his performance, he reiterates that Drake gave him a verse for Dreams Worth More Than Money that he didn’t write.

“I was doing my album. I asked the ni**a to give me a verse for my album. The ni**a gave me a verse for my album, but he gave me a verse that he didn’t write that another ni**a wrote,” he said. “Where I come from — I represent the motherf***in’ game. I represent the motherf***in’ streets. If you ain’t with me, you ain’t got to act like you with me. I got the motherf***ing streets with me for life.”

The Philly rapper is set to appear on Funkmaster Flex tonight at 7 p.m. to reportedly debut his own response track. With all the hype surrounding Meek vs. Drizzy, we’ll just have to wait and see where this beef will lead.
