An Ohio woman was arrested Saturday for the June killing of her husband, whom police say she fatally shot and dismembered. 

Marcia Y. Eubank, 49, is not only accused of killing Howard L. Eubank, but officials believe she lived with his remains for five months until her son found what appeared to be human remains in her office space, reported WKYC.

On June 13, Marcia Eubank allegedly shot her husband multiple times and used power tools to dismember his body, said Summit County Sheriff Steve Barry.

Barry also said Eubank’s son, who has not yet been identified, found human remains in a several containers. The containers were removed from the couple's home and the Summit County Medical Examiner has tentatively identified the remains as Howard Eubank.

According to police, several texts were exchanged between Marcia Eubank and her son just before a 9-1-1 call was made by the son. When Eubank was taken into police custody, she admitted to killing her husband in June, according to the sheriff’s report.

Eubank is charged with killing and dismembering her husband. She appeared in court on Monday, where a judge set her bail at $1 million and ordered her to undergo a psychiatric evaluation.  

Back in June, when Howard was killed, his co-workers at a water supply company in Akron said they received a "bizarre" text from his phone claiming he was moving to Texas. Now, police believe Howard’s wife sent the text.  

Marcia Eubank's next court date is set for Wednesday.
