Disgusting Snapchat Video Of Two White Men Threatening To Shoot ‘F—g N—rs’ Results In No Charges

Christopher Tidmore and his friend were released after police determined they were not a threat.

Two white men in Alabama were released from police detention and are not facing charges after threatening to “shoot some f*****g n*****s” in a viral Snapchat video.

According to WHNT, suspect Christopher Tidmore, 19, and his friend “Ronny” were in custody with the Huntsville Police Department after the video was shared to Facebook.

Tidmore, who is not pictured in the video but can be heard, has not been charged with anything yet, but the police department has not ruled out bringing about charges in the future.

In the video, Tidmore and “Ronny” cane be heard making threats with racial slurs.

“We're going to have to shoot some f*****g n*****s,” Tidmore can be heard saying. “They've got apartments... we got n*****s everywhere bro, holy s**t.”

On Saturday, the Huntsville Police Criminal Investigative Division asked for help identifying the men seen in the viral video. Soon after, police were able to determine who both men are in the video. After evaluating the threat level of the men, investigators determined Tidmore is not a viable threat.

Police Assistant Chief Shane Washburn said Tidmore was first detained when he came into their office on his own to report he was receiving death threats. During his visit, police detained him so he could talk to Huntsville investigators.

Lt. Michael Johnson said as of 8:45 p.m. Saturday, both men had been released from custody and were no longer being detained.

Johnson said the Huntsville Police Department is communicating with the District Attorney's office and the Federal Bureau of Investigation to see what charges may apply to Tidmore. The department has no record of other interactions with Tidmore, Johnson confirmed. The other man in the video will not face charges.
