What Do John Legend, Demi Lovato, Luke Bryan and Meghan Trainor All Have in Common?

The performers will unite to honor a living music legend at the Grammys.

Leading up to the 58th Annual Grammy Awards this Monday, February 15, Lionel Richie sure is smiling.

The four-time Grammy winner will be celebrated at the awards as this year's MusiCares honoree and will also be the centerpiece of a special performance by John Legend, Demi Lovato, Luke Bryan and Meghan Trainor.

Richie will also be the man of the hour two days before the Grammys, as he is set to be honored at the 2016 MusiCares Person of the Year tribute concert.

As reported by People.com, Richie will take the stage himself to sing one of his classic hits.

Throughout his lengthy career, first debuting in 1968 as a member of Motown’s Commodores, Richie has become one of the world’s best-selling artists of all time, selling over 100 million records across the globe. From hits such as “All Night Long” to “Dancing on the Ceiling” to “Stuck on You,” the 66-year-old singer has a difficult decision ahead of him regarding which crowd-pleaser to perform. We trust he’ll pick a good one.

While Drake is sitting this year’s festivities out, confirmed performers thus far include Yolanda Adams, Dave Grohl, Rihanna, Leon Bridges, Ellie Goulding and Stevie Wonder. The Grammys will air on Tuesday, February 15 at 8 p.m. EST on CBS.
